Big Lots is a lot like a thrift store, you never know what you’ll find. Sometimes the price is a deal and sometimes the price sucks. This is one of the nicer ones I’ve shopped at in the Cleveland area. It’s always nice and clean which just gives the shopper a better shopping experience.
Staff wise I’ve never had to ask anyone for help with something but there always seems to be a staff member on the floor. Whenever I’m in the area I try and go here because normally I can find something I need cheaper than going to a bigger chain store.
