Mall food court. Lowered expectations.
At the end of the steam table is a big ol sign for Bourbon Chicken. It’s one of Wifey’s faves from when she lived in the area way back in the day. I try some.
I’m bummed that there’s no bourbon in the chicken. No whiskey? No likey! Egg roll is meh and I noticed they charge $ 1 for a fortune cookie. Madness should ensue.
Folks here are friendly and efficient. Must be legit cuisine since I saw an Asian behind the counter.
Not a ton of food court options, so this mall Chao fills a niche.
