Got the first room: Bed was stained and dirty. The room seriously smelled horrible When I went to close the blinds, they fell The bathroom had hair all over it The whole room was just falling apart and dirty! I called and asked for a better room, which they said they had… I’d made reservations, so I’m not sure why they would give me such a horrible room in the first place! The second room: The bed was better, the furniture looked a little smidgen better. The room didn’t stink AS bad. The water pressure in the shower sucks! And the toilet seat doesn’t look very clean at all. It took about five minutes to figure out the trick of opening the door. I’m not stupid the door is just messed up. There is obvious drug trafficking going on here, probably plenty of other things as well. I will NOT by any means be coming back to this place! Americas Best Value? HA! This place is my not worth the money I spent to stay here. This is disgusting. There are plenty of cracks in the walls and they just seem to think that paint will fix anything.

Doesn’t matter if you book a non smoking room. All of them are smoking obviously. Online they said there was a free breakfast but there is only coffee. Don’t go here! It’s gross in every way and I regret spending $ 50 on it.

Up front confession: I didn’t actually stay here. I booked a night here through ; it was the cheapest 2 person room in the area. When we arrived, the reservation didn’t exist. The motel didn’t even have that type of room available. Note, this was not the fault of the hotel, and they were friendly(enough) as my wife and I tried to get this straightened out through . My review is strictly based on the appearance of the motel(and what I can only imagine the rooms looked like), which was, at most, deserving of two stars. But, what can you expect from the absolute cheapest place in the area? The location is OK, kind of hidden behind a gas station. If you don’t sleep well, imagining bugs creeping over your toes and creepsters lurking just outside your door, then I would recommend staying someplace else…

Whoa, call the hotel cops. This place does not deserve ANY business whatsoever. We had to resort to booking a room here for a wedding, because we did it last minute. Clearly, we were punished for being late in the game. So we got the room key, and lo and behold the nastiest hotel room I’ve ever seen in my life. Bed undone, bathroom had garbage all over it, beer bottles empty, and a cockroach crawling on the table. I did not even want to step foot in there. All I could think was«WTF???» So of course we go back to the main office to tell the asshole(excuse my french here) manager that our room was filthy. He tried to tell us it wasn’t, and I told him again that it ISINFACTFILTHY, uncleaned. He did not offer us a clean room, didn’t even offer for anyone to go in and clean it. He told us to call Expedia(where we booked the room), so we had to waste time waiting on the phone. Expedia would credit our money back, he said. He could only credit Expedia. And no, he did not do this right away. He was a nasty, terrible manager. Know what he does in the office? Walks around on his nasty bare feet, lounges in his recliner and watches TV all while he has dissatisfied customers in his lobby, not giving a rat’s ass about providing any customer service. In all honesty, people who run businesses the way he does, do not deserve ANY business whatsoever. He was absolutely rude, disgusting, and nasty toward us. Once we finally got a hold of someone at Expedia, he refunded them and threw a receipt at us. Let me just say, if I were him(with his god-awful, grumpy, rude personality), I’d be glad to be hiding behind those bullet proof windows too. I would rather sleep in my car. Is there a way to report this place to the BBB? Disgraceful.

This hotel was conveniently located right off of Interstate 90. At night time, the lobby had bulletproof glass. The parking lot was able to accommodate a trailer. The room was fine and the bed was huge. The shower wasn’t great. There was also a microwave and refrigerator. Overall, the hotel wasn’t fancy, but was good for the $ 50 price.

The layout is a little unusual: four buildings, all one floor, laid out more like a college campus than a hotel.(Or maybe a whole bunch of small motels which got amalgamated into one, except that the architecture is consistent throughout.) The price was considerably lower than other hotels in the area, which made me wonder if it might be a dive, but I stayed at another America’s Best Value Inn in Seattle once, and while it wasn’t exactly luxurious, it was clean and my bed wasn’t lumpy. This place was even cleaner. There wasn’t the faintest whiff of tobacco smoke in the linens. My floor was hardwood, although another room had carpet, so I assume that they’re in the middle of transitioning to the hardwood, which makes sense from a cleaning point of view, and was very pleasant on my feet in such hot weather. No dining facilities at this class of establishment, but there are a couple of fast food places right nearby, so that’s not an issue. Not much road noise from the I-90, either.(At least, not from my room, which, admittedly, was near the back of the complex.) The soap had a light, pleasant, lemony smell. Not overpoweringly perfumey, nor chemical and nasty. Good choice. My bed was made up somewhat oddly. The top of the flat sheet was tucked in so tightly I was afraid that there would be no fitted sheet under it(there was one), but the bottom wasn’t tucked in at all. Maybe I was supposed to sleep with my head down at the foot of the bed, I don’t know. In the morning, the door handle came off in my hand. I got the door open, but it just added to the weirdity of my stay. Not a place I’d want to take my sweetie on our honeymoon, but cheap and sufficient for my needs at the time.
