They’re really rude and need to work on manners. They should be nice to customers or potential customers. The younger lady working there is decent but the two old people are very rude and need to pass down the company.

We love Flowers on Main and have used them for years.
My mother’s day bouquet is nearly 2 weeks old and still looks great.
A few days after I received my floral bouquet for mothers day, I also received a bouquet of wild lilacs. They are already brown and wilted, but the bouquet from Flowers on Main are still perfect.

Kleindl’s webpage let me order something that was unavailable. The store waited 2 hours to call me back. As we started to discuss options, the guy informed me that they were closing and I should call around Eau Claire and see what else was open. I was in the middle of a work shift across the country, and was unable to blindly call around Wisconsin to find a new flower shop. I was dumbfounded by him not volunteering to fix the problem that was *entirely* Kleindl’s fault!
I’m basing this off of one incident, but it was my mom’s 70th birthday and there’s no reason for terrible customer service, especially place that should be selling things with the aim to bring joy to others. I nearly cried. At work.
Pay more for people who actually care. Or at least totally avoid the webpage. It’s 2012. Make it accurate.
