This has been absolutely ridiculous! Jeanne was great during the wedding and most of our pictures turned out great. HOWEVER, the problems we had started a little while after. We sat down with her to do our photo viewing and tell her what we liked and didn’t like and what we would like edited. As we pointed these out to her, she insisted she did not need to write them down and that she would remember. When I got my photo book from her, there were pictures in there that I said I hated and ones that hadn’t been edited like I asked. Don’t get me wrong, most of the book was beautiful. But now I have pictures that I hate printed in a book that I have to show to friends and family. It’s not like they are digital copies that I can delete or choose not to print. Additionally, when we received our C.D.‘s from her, one of them was blank. We told her about it and asked for a new one… the new one was blank. She then uploaded them to google drive for us and there were STILL some missing. She then said she would burn them onto a flash drive and get that to us. I waited a few months before contacting her again to ask what was going on with it. No response. So I posted on her business Facebook page and like magic, I got a response! However, this was not a response of her apologizing and promising to get it done asap. Instead, it was every excuse you could think of as to why I still don’t have pictures from my wedding. I got married last August! It’s now June! One of her biggest excuses was that she was pregnant and now has a baby at home. I understand that life can be difficult with a newborn, I am not completely unsympathetic. However, this problem should have been taken care of months before her baby was born. And now she has had my post taken down from her Facebook page. I guess that is her right. But if you are going to own your own business, you need to accept negative reviews as well as positive. Other potential customers deserve to know what complications they may face.
