I’ve purchased flowers and corsages here for various events and they are generally creative and attentive but of course their prices are higher than flowers in the grocery stores. Corsages that I have purchased have been excellent. If you are budget minded and want a simple dozen roses, Pick N Save has excellent roses and flowers. If you want something special go to Bank of Memories & Flowers.

Walked in because I had to fire my previous flower lady for my wedding, and they were able to help me right away. Very nice and knew what she was talking about. I can’t wait to see how my flowers turn out!!!

I live out on the West Coast and for several years now I have been using Bank of Memories to deliver flowers to family members in the area. They have been terrific to work with, deliveries have been punctual, and the arrangements have been beautiful. I have been in their store in Menomonee Falls and they have many unique gifts as well.

I had a sudden funeral to go to. Thanks to snowstorms I was not able to get flowers delivered. My only choice was to go in person. I remembered this flower shop and decided to take a chance. It was worth it! The two women(and very adorable cat) were very helpful and made a beautiful bouquet for the funeral. Since it would take about twenty minutes they even recommended a good place to get coffee(right across the street). The bouquet was made on time and was beautiful. I will be a repeat customer.

Way overrated! If you’re walking in to buy flowers, their selection is ok for a small town florist. However, they cannot be relied on for deliveries. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife on Valentine’s Day, while I was out of town. A paltry assortment of flowers that were priced at about $ 40 ended up costing $ 100 with all the delivery fees. My biggest disappointment came, however, when they were not delivered on time! My special instructions to them were that«no one would be home until after 6 pm» they tried to deliver anyway, at 4 pm(and left a note saying so), then called me the next day and asked what to do with the undelivered flowers. They then delivered them a day late and after 6 pm but I was very disappointed. When I called the phone number for Customer Service on the website(under the button for«Guaranteed Satisfaction») I spoke with the owner who argued with me about the whole affair. I told her that I didn’t need a full refund but half was fair. Nope! After hanging up with her, she called me back to argue further… refusing to offer any compensation other than one of the delivery charges of 10 bucks. Wow, thanks. That’s not guaranteed satisfaction. Most merchants would not have handled this in such a manner; I’m speaking from experience as a merchant. You don’t drop the ball then argue with the customer about it. Her main argument was that it was a busy day. Ok… you’re a flower shop. It’s Valentine’s Day. Isn’t that WHEN you make money? Buyer beware… there are MANY floral shops in the area. I would not have bothered if I thought there was ANY chance of a failed delivery. And I don’t need a merchant to argue with me about it afterwards. I see that they are now posting that a full refund was offered. This is NOT true. During the two phone conversations, there was one offer of a $ 10 refund on this order(of nearly $ 100).
