Pieter is a god!
Had our Schlage front door lock replated. When I went to reinstall it, I inadvertantly bent some internals. Called A-​A Lock & Alarm Inc. in Menlo Park. Pieter came, took the internals apart, manually fixed the 2 bent parts and reassembled the unit. He also replaced two missing brass screws and redrilled the holes.
The front door lock now works perfectly and saved us from having to purchase a brand new lock to replace a discountued model (which had a difficult non-​standard door hole).

After calling around, I found AA lock to not only have the cheapest price to fashion me a lost key for my motorcycle, but even on the phone they were the friendliest locksmith’s I talked to, and I’d called them all. It was worth pushing my motorcycle the two miles to the shop just for the friendly service of Anthony, who went straight to work on it. If there’s a neighborhood locksmith worth going to, this is it.
