A consistent disappointment — I only go there when I am headed to that shopping center anyway — because they won’t usually have what I need. They are out of ink for printers and faxes and they will «have it on order» Empty hang hook displays and a total lack of concern that a product that they should have — is never there — their answer? «Well, just order it online» — Now if I wanted to order it online — I’m pretty stupid walking into their store. — and I certainly would not order it online from them…

I waited in line for 20 mins with only one person in front of me. I noticed they are very under staffed and the workers are over worked. Ridiculous! I’m not going back again.

Staples saved the day! We needed to print a 3,400 page document ASAP and originally went to the 24 hour — FED EX Office on Winchester in Temecula. FEDEX needed 20 hours to do this job… and would have charged me $ 0.10 per page.
I called Staples and asked if they would be able to do this job in 4 hours (BTW it was Friday eve. at 5:30pm). They said, YES! I brought it by, saved a lot of money because they only charged me $ 0.05 per page and STAPLES GOT IT DONE without any issues or problems!
Debbie and the General Manager focused on getting the job done and we were EXTREMELY GRATEFUL!
It’s a lovely store, well staffed and they understood our urgency!

Shady shady shady. Its bad business when you put a large sign with a price on it and allow the customer to find out later that the big red price was AFTER the mail in rebate. Do we really have to read the fine print when buying a ream of paper? You just lost a customer over your $ 4.00 false advertising piece. Was it worth it?

Massive Staples with plenty of product in stock, but of course they didn’t carry the ONE OBSCURE THING I NEEDED RIGHT THEN AND THERE.
Fortunately, I found a suitable substitute and went on my merry little way.
Despite those problems, this place is massive and has a LOT of inventory in stock. I’m usually more of an Office Deeps kinda girl but this Staples gave me a pretty pleasant, though completely average shopping experience.

Josh found me in the front of the store looking like a confused bunny & was so nice to be proactive, asking me if I needed help. He led me right to what I needed & had that extra something special about him that’s so rare.
The people are always happy & helpful. And if you need splainin’ on the gadgets like I usually do, Casey is so the man!
