Marco’s Pizza

The only time that we had good service was when we picked up our own pizza. I give it a one star because of the mess they have with deliveries. We have had 2 horrible experiences with them. One time, our order was 2 hours late. They kept telling me it was on the way. It was not. The manager apologized (a female) and told me that they would not charge me for the meal, but they did anyways. We boycotted them for a while, but I thought, hey, they have been in the area now for a year, maybe they have worked out their kinks. So, on January 29, 2016, I thought it would be fun to eat their pizza while we were watching Marco’s Pizza on Undercover Boss. We placed our order at 3pm for a 6pm delivery. We did not get our pizza until after 7pm. It does not make sense that we placed our order first, yet we were not a priority for delivery. I was very upset, and I was told by the manager, he would call me back and take care of the inconvenience, but I never heard back from anyone. There are 12 other pizza establishments we can choose from. I am just tired of the unorganization at this particular location. We will never order from them again. They are full of problems and excuses and no resolution. Also, you need to request the cheese and peppers while you order or you do not get any delivered.

This has become our go-​to for delivery pizza. We love their breadsticks with marinara sauce, their pizzas are always fabulous and you can’t beat their prices! Great delivery time and they even let you track it so you know how long it will be so you’re not left guessing.

We ordered 17 XL pizzas for my sons party! Everyone loved the pizza. Logan from Marcos pizza delivered our pizzas hot, on time and set everything up for us! Thank you Marcos pizza and Logan you guys are awesome!!!

If I could give a ZERO star review I would. We ordered pizza and it took delivery TWO hours to get to Canyon Hills from this location, which is about a 10 minute drive. We sent the driver several texts from google maps that leads straight to our house. After FINALLY after getting our order, we called to let management know that their delivery guy should be aware of surrounding (major) neighborhoods and not take up 2 hours of our time trying to tell them how to get to our house. The person on the phone AND management BOTH Told me that right now is their rush hour and they have other calls on the phone and would credit us $ 5, not caring about my frustration. I had a legit complaint and you could care less! They said yea well were busy, sorry. WOW. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Will never order from this place again!!! They give zero cares about customer service and was trying to shoo me off the phone!

First time visit, after watching an episode of Undercover Boss featuring the COO of Marco’s Pizza. Not too impressed with the staff.
The pizza was very tasty and we enjoyed the XL Big Cheese and the Med Deluxe Uno. But the staff needs better customer relations training. When we ordered the XL, my two grandkids picked up sodas also. After placing the order and reading the flyers, we discovered at the price we paid, adding pepperoni on the XL would have been no extra charge and the cashier did not offer this option. Before our order came up, another customer had to ask if her order was ready yet and it was and had been sitting in the pass through already. When I noticed two boxes the size of which met our order, I asked my wife what our number was, 90, and could see it on one of the pass through window boxes. I went to the counter just to find the cashier was in back chit chatting with another employee, who was busy with an order. This employee happened to come to the front to answer the phone. After she hung up and looked up to me, I said I’d like to pick up my order, number 90. She then went to the computer and asked my for my name. I held up the receipt, to which she turned around and retrieved my pizzas. As she was walking away, another customer asked for dipping sauce for his bread sticks. I had to catch her before she went too far and asked for crushed chili. Next time I will try delivery…

2 large 1 top, bread sticks, pepsi, 30 bucks 20 minute delivery, can’t beat it. Great pizza good flavorful sauce not sweet like that crappy papa johns.

Despite some negative reviews, I decided to give this place a chance. We were immediately greeted by a «Welcome to Marcos Pizza!» But that was it. We just waited and waited and waited and finally we just got up and left. There was a total of 4 employees that never looked up or said «we’ll take your order shortly». They just went on about there business and never helped us. I truly feel sorry for the owner of this establishment since who knows how often this happens and goes unreported. This review is solely based on customer service since we never got to actually eat their pizza.

All I wanted was a quick pizza so I could get back on the freeway. Wouldn’t take a $ 100 bill. Sorry, don’t have time for your foolishness.

What is wrong with this place? I placed an order online for delivery 2 hours ago and I still have no pizza? I live .8 of a mile away? Are they too cheap to pay extra drivers or what? this is absolutely ridiculous. the pizza is okay my bf loves it but for me its just whatever not worth this extended wait that’s for sure. WELL I HOPE THAT IF MY PIZZA EVER GETS HERE TONIGHT ITS NOT COLD NASTY OR MADE WRONG !!! Update pizza was TERRIBLE even the bf hates it !!! Thank good ness dominos is right next door.

Me and my boyfriend finally tried this place and the pizza is great! It’s definitely better quality than dominoes or papa johns. They seem to get our pizza done pretty fast as well. We will definitely be back!

We always order from Marcos. The prices are better than most and the service is always fast and professional. The food is also great! We used to order from larger chains, but decided to experiment with local joints like Bongoirnios and Marcos. Once we had Marcos, that was it.
This evening we had Brandan deliver our food. He was not only early, he was HILARIOUS and polite. I’ve never had a delivery person make me laugh. I wanted to invite him in for dinner!

I ordered a veggie sub. The mushrooms were rubbery and had an aluminum can flavor. The pizza I ordered for my daughter looked fine (she said it was fine, but not great). My sandwich was not edible. I thought to call but decided I didn’t want another. The cheese bread was really hard around the edges. This was my first and last time ordering from Marco’s.
Pro: Their online ordering system is convenient. Unfortunately, they still got my order wrong.

They used canned mushrooms (disgusting), and put way too much I had to peel it off! Also the onions were still raw, over use of cheese to the point where crust is mush. First time trying it and never ordering again. We ordered the Chicken Florentine. Disappointed.

I read a bunch of terrible reviews about the lazy staff here, I don’t know why I decided to give them a shot.
So I placed an order on their online site which said Delivery Time: 45 – 55 minutes.
I get a phone call about 5 minutes later from some teenage kid saying «Sorry but its going to take 3 hours to get your delivery».
Yes. He said 3 hours. I live less than a mile away, a 3 minute drive down a single road.
At this point my debit card was already charged. So I ask if I can cancel my order and get a refund? Sure, but its going to take 3 business days.
More than likely they were a little busy and the kids that are running this place didn’t want to deal with another order, so they call up their customers and scare them away by telling them its going to be 3 hours to get their pizza out to them. Of course everyone who gets that call is going to cancel.
Who wants to wait 3 hours for a pizza. That call was just a way of saying, sorry we don’t want your business

My last order was not all that great prior to this one. Just ordered an XL pizza with sausage and pepperoni. It was awesome. Whole chunks of sausage and the pepperoni was not greasy at all. Hillary the driver was nice and remembered the red peppers and cheese.
Back at it Marcos. Find out who made my pizza and hire 10 more of those guys or gals.

Inconsistent, orders are never correct, reading and following directions are not part of their qualities. Food is ok for fast food delivery, but don’t count on your order being complete or correct. And don’t forget the dipping sauces that expired 4 months ago, that’s a personal favorite! (hey, they’re on 50 cents each, come on)

I had the two topping pizza. I was very hungry. The manager took my order, I think. He was telling other people what to do. He suggested something else to me but I was so hungry I did not understand anything but the total, gave him the money and waited for less than 10 minutes. My complaints would be: it seemed the tomatoes were put on a as an afterthought, not baked on with the mushrooms. I want it to be more melted, cheesier. I ate inside the restaurant. He brought the box of pizza to me. That was nice, instead of just calling my name and making me use the little energy I had to walk to the counter. I also liked that after I had a slice he checked and asked if everything was okay.
The crust was very tasty and crunchy. I will try again. The prices are very reasonable. Good deals.
