Having little to no experience with buying homes I was very apprehensive and concerned with a home inspection and what the process would entail, but Eric easily put my nerves to rest and assured my fiancé and I that he would conduct a very meticulous inquisition of the house. I had a home inspection done by inspector elf on Friday. From the very start I was impressed with the service. I called him with very short notice needing a home inspection. Eric made arrangements to get the inspection done that very same week. I was very appreciative of this due to our time limitations.
Eric spent several hours inspecting a 3700 ft house with many small cosmetic imperfections. He diligently documented item by item with both description and photos. He emailed a detailed report that covered each of these items and offered to go over them one by one.
Buying a home can be very scary and with many uncertainties (Lenders, agents, escrow, appraisal, etc). It’s nice to have a go to company that you like and trust to eliminate some of that uncertainty. I highly recommend this Inspector Elf for anyone in the process of buying a home.
