Fresh Again Carpet Cleaning

I have been using them for sometime and they are awesome! They arrived right on time and moved the furniture so I did not have to move it! Always very professional and easy to work with!

It’s very hard for me to write this review as I really want to give them another chance but I guess my satisfaction as a customer is not important to their business. So here we go…
First, it took them more than 24 hours to contact me back to schedule the appointment after I called them twice.
Secondly, they arrived at wrong time (scheduled time was between 11:30 am — 12 pm), they showed up at 8:20 am. No apology whatsoever.
Summary, I paid $ 205 for carpets and a lazy boy chair to be cleaned. After the carpets have dried, most stains coming back especially on the stairs and living room area. I contacted the owner regarding this issue which he said he could come back to clean it again, however he never contacted me back to revisit the issue. It has been a week since I contacted him until today still has no reply.
Enough said. I won’t be using this company in the future. Unfortunately, the company motto «Our reputation is spotless» does not apply with my case.

Needed a carpet cleaner again, but within 24 hrs this time, so I called Fresh Again and there were on time, professional and did an excellent job again. (March 2015)
