Wow so I just called to ask what they Carry in their store and I asked if they have the crotch less panties she said no try online and before I could even get my next question out she hung up on me wth is that horrible customer service so rude I was just trying to see what they had before I make the 45 min drive out there but I guess I will be looking els where due to the fact that Customers don’t matter there

I like their products but their customer service really lacks. We walked in to return a purchase and got in line. The woman behind the counter looked up at us and went back to what she was doing. I understand she was probably busy but there was no acknowledgement that we were even there. Finally someone else came up to ask if we needed help and then the woman behind the counter says«Are you guys ready?» No we’re just standing in line for the fun of it. We had 2 returns to make. The first an online purchase that was paid for with paypal. She said she could offer store credit but we asked if it could just be put back on the card that’s associated with the paypal account. She said she wasn’t supposed to so she hoped she wouldn’t get in trouble but she did it anyway. Now I appreciate someone going out of their way but I don’t need to keep hearing that you’re doing something you shouldn’t be doing. I worked in customer service and I wouldn’t do anything I shouldn’t be doing without speaking to a manager first. The other return was an in store purchase but the receipt was lost. We called before we went in and the woman over the phone who said she was the manager, which apparently was the same woman that was helping us, said as long as we had the date she could look it up that way. So while we’re in there she finally finds the purchase. Then again she says she’s not supposed to be doing this but she’ll do it this time. Why would you even offer it as an option if it’s not something that should be done? It was just an overall annoying experience. I live nearby so I shop here fairly often simply because of convenience but I’ve never had an experience that just blew me away. I think the staff should be trained on what appropriate customer service is.

The girls are very helpful and more than happy to help with fittings. Twice a year the bras a buy 2, get 2. What a deal!

OOPS… had this on the wrong store. Fixed now! I stopped in to buy some new bras at Cacique, Lane Bryant’s lingerie store. This store seems to carry the full line of the lingerie products, which was nice so I could try on what I had been looking at online. It was my first time trying their products, so I had to do a lot of trying on. There was a person who assisted me and she mostly was helpful, although it felt like she knew the products only about half way and she just didn’t feel all that friendly. They have some drawers with the sizes, but I guess only the sales people are allowed to go through the drawers and I was kind of bummed about that, because I had a certain style I was looking for and I wanted to try to find cuter designs but was uncomfortable digging in. I kept kind of looking in them and she didn’t say«hey go ahead and take a look in there» or anything. It was awkward and not very comfortable. I ended up finding a few bras in the«plunge» line. I hope they work out for what I was looking for. At one point, I kind of wanted to maybe try on the«demi» style, but I just felt sort of uncomfortable asking to go back into the dressing room again, so I just decided to get what I had. They have some really pretty and sexy products for us big girls, so I liked that, but the sizing was much different than I was used to and the prices are pretty up there. BUT, the ones I bought make the girls look GREAT so I’ll be back! It’s okay and I may go back again and see if I can get a different salesperson so I can try on more things.
