Unbelievable. After ordering at lunch in the drive up, I was asked to pull forward while my order was getting ready. Due to the way the plowed, this meant it was difficult for cars leaving to get out.
I took a call while I was waiting, during which I noticed the girl that took my order eave. Odd, as it was lunch, not end of shift.
I got off my call 12 minutes later (I looked at call timer), no order. I pulled around and went in.
When I walked up to the counter, they knew nothing about my order. I asked if they had any orders waiting or up on screen, they said no. I told them I had ordered, been sitting outside waiting. To their credit, they simply asked what I had ordered and made it up, hence two rather than one star.
