Verizon Authorized Retailer – Wireless Zone

Recently lost or misplaced my phone.(someone pick it up and is using it!)
So I go into the the local v store and I am told to call the insurance company, handed a piece of paper and employee walks away! wtf I say excuse me but how the beep am I going to call,?i didn’t swear, I was very polite.
The clerk smiles and says ooh yah, you don’t have a phone you may use ours. lol
I have insurance I pay $ 10 extra a month to have insurance for basically two years so that’s $ 240 right? I payed $ 380 out the door with a fresh otter box two years ago, so with the insurance I have to pay an additional $ 100 on the spot, so we are now at $ 340 for most likely a refurbished phone, hmm.
I then asked verizon staff about Google location services for android phones and the one employee looked at me like I was dumb and said sorry that’s has nothing to do with your phone, I asked if she was a newer employee, lol.
Over all the experience is or was less then stellar, I am truly disappointed in the costumer service offered by verizon as not one of the 7 employees were to busy to pull up my account, yep, it was busy but I wasn’t buying a phone so, not as important as the old dude looking at I phones.
With all the technology version has, I m shocked they don’t have a loner program or even allow people to rent a phone for cases like this, I am poor just paid rent, I can’t spend all my food money on a phone, I have to eat and get back and forth to work for the next to weeks, sure I can let go go twenty bucks but $ 100! plus I have to pay my version bill tomorrow.
Yeah this week was kind of fun, thanks so much verizon I may just cross the bridge to t mobile, get a free phone and half the monthly cost?
Up date, I just found out I may rent a phone basically if I sign up for another two years of service but zero down, so that’s nice thanks again.
