We stayed here once before in February 2015 and really liked it. Our most recent stay on October 14 confirmed our original impression. This is a very clean, well kept B & B which clearly deserves its ratings. This time we stayed in «Lookout 2» which was quiet and spacious with a lovely garden view. The bed was excellent and we slept well. The breakfast came on time and was presented beautifully. We will be back, as they say.

I’ve been using Unilocal almost everyday for almost two years and The Seagull Inn was really deserving to be my first review.
I spent two nights there for my first trip in Mendocino. It’s perfectly located, walking distance from everything: restaurants, shops, the one pub in town, and trails. The staff is amazing. Laura gave us a warm welcome and really good advices about where to eat, have a drink and the nice trails around. We spent a perfect day today following her advices.
The breakfast (served in your room) is delightful. Fresh and warm muffins, fresh fruits salad, etc. A perfect way to start a perfect day!
We stayed in the Abalone room which was small but cosy. The building is from 1883 but it is really comfy.
It was our first time in Mendocino but definitely not our last and we will stay at the Seagull’s Inn again without a doubt.
