Jennifer Reed Massage

My wife and I have gotten massages from Jennifer for a number of years now during our annual Mendocino getaways. She makes us feel very comfortable and has wonderful strength and a healing touch. I highly recommend her when you’re in the area.

A week ago my husband surprised me with a 90 minute massage on the coast with the talented Jennifer Reed. She’s an intuitive healer full of compassion. Her strong hands were able to address my stressed knotted up body with consistent firm pressure. Enjoy!

Well another 5 star review from someone who does not do reviews. Jennifer and her partner Sue were amazing. They figured out where we carried out stress and took their time to work all the kinks and knots out– many thanks to both of you.

It took us 13 hours in our car to get to Mendocino, so to say that I had a few kinks in my back is an understatement. Far too many to start my vacation. I booked a 90 minute massage with Jennifer, and walked out a happy and comfortable woman. I received the most thorough massage I’ve ever had. Jennifer is amazing, and the cup of tea after my massage topped it off beautifully.

Yes– Jennifer is the best masseuse I have ever had. Seems like a common thread on her reviews :) Usually when I am on a trip and get a massage, I am always prepared to be a little underwhelmed because I have no relationship with the therapist. Jennifer was a stranger, but seemed like an old friend instantly. She is EXTREMELY intuitive to your needs throughout the massage. She makes you feel right at home, and you can totally relax in her hands/​arms. Our session was followed by a nice tea time that she provided. My husband and I loved sitting with Jennifer and talking to her while having our tea.
Prices are reasonable, and if I lived here– I’d be a regular. Just an overall wonderful experience that I will never forget!

This was the best massage EVER! Two hours of pure bliss… Jennifer is very skilled massage therapist and she has kind and nurturing touch and energy. She diligently worked on my knots and trouble spots. By the time she was done, I felt like I had a brand new body. And she was able to accommodate me at very short notice. On top of that, her prices are very reasonable. Absolutely loved it and will definitely be back!

What an amazing experience. We finally found this hidden gem in Mendocino and all I can say is I wish I had found Jennifer sooner. She expertly navigated my body and isolated areas of tension and stress. She is a true healer with a beautiful personality. As a chiropractor I have met many massage therapist in my day and she is one of the best. Thank you Jennifer and Sue for the couples massage we will be back soon!

Jennifer is not just a massage therapist, she is a healer and an incredible woman! She not only provides an AMAZING massage but she does everything to ensure you are feeling pampered and cared for during your time with her. She has helped me with my neck and back issues and I always leave feeling light as a feather and so happy. She is intuitively knows where my issues are and has provided me so much neck relief. I am so grateful to have her in my life.

After another glorious massage by Jennifer, I’m convinced that this is the best deal on the Coast. She is just a wonderful masseuse; her skill in working out those stiff knots in my back and neck left me feeling so relaxed — and healthy. This is the perfect way to top off a trip to Mendocino.

I’m definitely going back to Jennifer Reed when I plan my next trip to Mendocino. I forgot the second massage therapist’s name. They were both very courteuous. Jennifer has a magic touch and is very skilled on giving a healing massage. The place is small and slightly hidden but so clean and fresh smelling. It is not your most elaborated spa place but the feeling is like you are in California’s best spa. I guess its the combination of good service and attitude what makes it a great experience. I rather go to Jennifer than paying big bucks at a very fancy place with business minded folks. Most of all, we felt good about supporting a small business owned by a woman. Overall, a memorable experience with reasonable price.

Truly one of the best massages of my life and I’ve had a lot. Jennifer is super caring and intuitive. I’ve had lots of collision injuries but she put them all at ease. From the glass of water to the crystals all over the space and tea afterwards it was a total relaxation experience. Thank you Jennifer for showing such grace by making me feel like I’ve known you for years and years. I’ll be back!

Uhmazing!!! My husband and I planned a last minute couples massage, and they fit us in no problem! On top of that her and Paul did a wonderful job! I typically don’t like massages that much but definitely loved it here! Highly recommend!

If you are in Mendocino or planning to go to Mendocino and want a massage, you cannot go wrong with making an appointment with Jennifer. I’ve had 2 uniquely different massages from her, one with essential oils and the other deep tissue. Both were excellent! She also offers rain drop therapy & swedish massages, of which I have yet to try. Jennifer listens to exactly what you would like & her very private Mendocino watertower studio is warm & inviting.
