Second time around. Tonight’s meal consisted of an appetizer of nachos (not worth the 4 $) a generous helping of perch, and a generous helping of pike. The fish was nice and hot! The coleslaw was creamy and fantastic! The fries were plentiful and tasty. Cold beer at a decent price. My vodka diet was weak :(. All in all the best reason to come here is because of our server Megan.

Stopped in here for a late lunch. Had a very good pizza burger and curds, and a frosty mug of summer shandy for a reasonable price. The place just has a couple small televisions, so not a great place to watch a game, but good for a quick meal and a couple cold drinks.

This is a gastropub of sorts. I’ve stayed for drink, eaten here, and had carry-out food.
For the drinking/nightlife, I have trouble giving it much praise. It’s a decent looking place, and the prices are affordable, however it’s not a frequented establishment by many in my age group (in my visits, at least).
The food is very affordable and tasty. The menu is typical bar/grill food with fried goodies, burgers of several types, and other items (including a, Sunday-only chicken dinner that is outstanding).

This is a neat little bar.
Located in an old building that has a neighborhood bar feel to it. The bartender made sure to shout out a welcome as soon as I entered and kept my beer full the entire time I was there. The prices are affordable and the service times were on par for me.
I did as I usually do when going someplace new, and ordered their specialty. In this case. A steak sandwhich. It came out in a basket with a paper boat of fries. The sandwich was a good size at first glance only to find that when I picked up the fries the steak patty kept going. You have to fold the meat over to fit under the bun. It had a pretty good grilled flavor and the bun was nicely toasted.
This is a pretty nice neighborhood bar that had a polite staff and some friendly patrons when I visited. I’ll definitely be returning.

Awesome food. Bartenders kinda slow sometimes but very nice. People are good, no drama. If you can get past the smell sometimes when you first walk in it is worth it. Sometimes it smells like sewer cause the old ass building (bar next door gets same stink sometimes) it is worth it to come eat some great bar food

Steak sandwich is amazing, massive, and affordable. Recently reopened and well taken care of inside. Meat and bread both from great local businesses which makes this even better. I will be back whenever I’m visiting my hometown of Menasha.

Great local bar and restaurant that has a neighborhood feel. Great steak sandwiches and food. Near downtown Menasha and also near the Fox River.
