I won’t be back. I can’t take attitudes of reception any longer. Great dentist though. But there are other options out there and I will not return subject myself to the take it or leave it attitudes of reception any more.

Dr. Castle and his staff are superb!
I’ve rarely had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. Love that!
The office environment (in an older midtown home) near Overton Square is warm, cozy and inviting. Looks nothing like a typical dentist office [check out my pics].
I have been extremely pleased with all of the work I’ve had done (trust me it has been a lot).

Dr. Castle is my newest dentist. He’s basically the best dentist I’ve ever had. I recently needed a crown for one of my molars, and he put one on for me and it’s been fantastic so far.
The wait at the waiting room is extremely minimal; I’ve been on 4 appointments and the most I’ve waited is 10 min. His receptionist is also really great with scheduling.
I’ve had a lot of dentists before (I’ve lived in a lot of places), and I’ve had dentists whose work is definitely shoddy. Finding a good service provider is hard. It’s a lot like finding a good hair stylist/​barber; once you find someone, you stick with them.
I highly recommend Dr. Castle. His work is top notch and he is extremely nice; he’s definitely not one of those uppity, crusty doctor types!

I had not been to see a dentist in a few years and just needed a check up. Dr. Castle fit me in while I was in Memphis and he really took his time with me. I had a regular dentist before and always felt rushed through, but with Dr Castle he really took an interest in making sure I was taken care of. HIs staff is really friendly too. The office is very clean and well decorated. I would highly recommend him to my friends.
