On a recent trip to inquire about new service, I found the rep to be polite, but hurried. He was not completely thorough as he did not mention many of the new perks of the«new» T-Mobile. I guess if you are not buying today, you are not as important as the next.

This is a general review of the T-mobile website not the specific store. I was trying to find out what time the Union Street store opens. I went online. Got store-got directions-got anything and everything one could need about a store except the time it opens and no way to contact anyone to find out. Store number rings without answer-weird. Automated so called help numbers and/or links were useless. T-mobile is not alone is this-why can’t stores just put their hours of operation on their websites?
