I agree that this particular location has some issues. Had lunch there on several occasions and customer service stinks! Almost every employee there has an attitude. Unfortunately, there’s just not much of a choice in that area for a quick lunch. Just wish they weren’t so rude.

This location is not good. The brand and chain is very good so that saves them.
Twice before I’ve discovered hairs BAKED INTO MY BREAD here and the franchisee responded by telling me that I’m the only one that this has happened to. I hate to break it to you, but if it happened to me twice on separate occasions; odds are I’m not the only one. At the time, no employees were wearing gloves while preparing food.
This happened over a year ago but did drive me to call the Shelby County Health Department and file a complaint. And I never do that and haven’t done it since.
Fast forward to today and they are all wearing gloves. So my complaint must have worked. However I only come here sparingly and only when I tire of what else is in the area.
I like the brand and the price point but this location isn’t good. Go elsewhere if you’re in the area.
