All in all, I’ve learned so much by becoming a member of a credit union. (Side note is that I worked at another branch during college so that’s how I was eligible to become a member).
But, from lower interest rates on loans, and great benefits on opening IRAs and CDs and money marketing accounts, this place will have you planning your life in a better financial sense than you ever have! It also helps that they have movie tickets for a discounted price for members, as well as during winter months they sell nuts that are glazed or chocolate covered!
They also have a program where they work alongside a car rental business and sell cars to their members with low interest rates depending on their credit and also give $ 500-​$ 600 towards their payment if approved.
This place is awesome! If you’re not a part of a credit union, check your job to see if they have any that they are affiliated with and become a member! You’ll benefit a lot more from a credit union than a bank! Trust me!
