The crew did an awful job the first go-​around fixing a terrible gash on the door of my mom’s SUV. Awful. BUT, we took it back the next day, the staff was beyond apologetic, and after keeping the vehicle for another 3 days, the door looks basically brand-​new. Had the door looked this way on try one, I would definitely have given them 5 stars. Ask for Ginger.
