Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible management, Terrible customer service. Mechanics have no clue… they are charging for services not needed. Told my wife a battery was needed when the problem was actually something else not the battery. Paid for a battery that was not needed ! Brand new battery died two days after purchase. Proper customer service would have been to offer your customer something for the inconvenience if not a total refund !?! No you just get management telling you their equipment told them all was good and it was a bad battery ??? This location gives Sears a terrible name. Sears has lost a long term customer as a result. Stay away from this location.

Worst customer service!!! Called to see if my tire was under warranty and they said yes. So I brought it in because it was flat and it waited an hour. Then they told me that it was not under warranty and blamed the manufacture defect on me and won’t fix the tire even though it’s got the manufacturer warranty on it. They were so rude and proceeded to get an attitude with me!!! Awful. Never returning here again.

I purchased four tires from here. It comes with warranty, but when I need to get it fixed, they don’t do. the job. They told me nothing was wrong with the tires, but it went flat twice already. I took it to Gateway, and they found a nail in the tire! Sears was such a waste of time! They even lost my tire wheel lock nut. I wish I never came here. Horrible customer service!
