Say Cheese Food Truck

Delicious sandwich (Cluck Me) and I am looking forward to trying more of the menu items. If anything they could maybe add a few more sides and drinks to make it a better experience.

This is the second time I’ve gotten a chance to eat from this awesome food truck. I got the PCB which is the Pimento Bacon Grilled Cheese. The taste can be described as a conglomerate of cheesy goodness.

I have tried several of the sandwiches they make. Follow them on FaceBook so you will know where they will be each day of the week. You must try Say Cheese!!! It is so good!!!

Today the good truck served over 100 ladies of the junior league. They were able to get all the food out for everyone to eat in a timely manner. I had the triple decker, and it was absolutely delicious. I would definitely eat here again.

So so delicious! Their triple dipper is great with their tomato soup! The dessert sandwiches are just as yummy!

Caught this food truck at Wiseacre last week after seeing it driving around last year.
The serving size was a little small for the «Triple Decker», but it makes sense for the price ($ 6.50).
My friend who got a slightly more expensive sandwich also thought his portion was a little small as well.
I agree with another reviewer that the cheese didn’t seem to be that special and the bread seemed a little light on the butter. I’m not advocating for deep-​frying it, but I do think that it could use more butter and cheesy goodness.
Having a side of tomato soup (and drink) for cheap was a solid option though and the tomato soup, while not special, was a decent size for dunking. All that said, it hit the spot after a few Wiseacre specials and I’d seek it out again to try some of the other options. 3.5 rounded up for being in the right place at the right time.

This Food Truck was parked outside of the Urban Barn Market and I decided to take a break from shopping and try it out. I got the Elvis Italiano sandwich and it was pretty good, but definitely not any type of grilled cheese sandwich though. I will definitely have to try a more traditional sandwich another time to be able to compare it to anything else I have had. I wish they had more options for sides though.

When I saw that there was a grilled cheese truck,
I thought it would be literally
cheese cooked on a grill.
(images of smoked gouda came to my mind)
So I was somewhat disappointed that they only sell grilled chese sandwiches.
The sandwich I had was adequate
but
if your selling grilled chese from a turck
it had better be so good that I want to «write home» about it.
Still it’s fun to have a truck like that at a festival.

I love grilled cheese! It is my weakness and I may or may not have had one from Say Cheese every Friday for a month and two in one night! We have tried most of the flavors and by far the triple decker is the best! The bread is perfectly toasted and buttery and the garlic aioli is something special.

I actually liked this food truck. I tried the pizza grilled cheese and was delicious. For a total of $ 8 bucks, I got a grilled cheese, chips and water, not a bad deal. I will definitely be back to try more of their grilled cheeses.

Gotta love a grilled cheese food truck! I had the Cluck Me sandwich, and it was delicious, although a little pricey, I thought, at $ 7 for a small sandwich. That should include a bag of chips or some small side. Otherwise, I was very pleased.

Say Cheese was at an event my husband was putting on at Bud Davis Cadillac today, so we decided to each get something different and share. We ordered the Sweet Muenster (muenster cheese with an apple rosemary jelly), the PCB (pimento cheese and bacon!) and, for my daughter, «The Rookie» (basic grilled cheese, but with a garlic aioli). Oh — and a tomato soup to boot!
It was just grilled cheese perfection all around! The bread was great — just thick enough and nice and crunchy. The cheeses were all ooey gooey… and the flavor combinations were so delicious! My daughter devoured her Rookie before we could try it, but the PCB and Muenster were both so good, I can’t pick a favorite. The tomato soup was warm and comforting and really, what goes better with a grilled cheese sandwich than a cup of tomato soup???
Say Cheese definitely put a big smile on our faces today and we look forward to trying them again in the future!

Everything about this food truck and the food that comes out of it is pure heaven. I went today after class because of the eternal winter Elsa has given Memphis so I figure why not warm up with some soup and a sandwich? The only reason why I give it only 4 stars and not the complete 5 is because of the location and price. Given, food trucks gotta make their money but $ 7 – 8 for a grilled cheese was a bit over my limit.

So my Triple Decker grill cheese was awesome! I would totally try them again!
