I had horrible customer service here. While they open at 7:30, they didn’t actually interact with anyone until 7:55. I could hear them talking behind the opaque window, but they didn’t even open the window when we knocked. It got worse when they called my name(after a 25 minute wait). The phlebotomist then told me to make a fist– and then told me «that’s too fisty». They also got my name wrong several times and told me that I had told them my name incorrectly. I KNOWHOWTOSPELLMYNAME. They need to learn how to interact with people.
