I ordered my food at 7:15 and did not get it until 9:30. I was told there would be an hour wait and it took over two. I called the store to check on my order at 8:50 and was told it was on the way, the store is 4 minutes from my house and it took 40 minutes to arrive. The food was cold when it got here. Seriously unsatisfied. None of the employees I spoke with offered an apology at all. Done with this Pizza Hut.

1. The phone number listed is wrong.
2. This place always has at least a 2 hour wait.
You’re better off ordering from Dominos.
The few times I was able to get food from here, it was not worth the wait or money. The wings are okay but the pizza is ALWAYS cold. The delivery driver always tells me its because they’re short on drivers & cooks. Which means the manager isn’t doing his/​her job.
If the store was to get new management, it would probably do better.
Also, if you’re in need of employees, it might help to advertise a job opening.

The employees working at this location have been rude on more than one occasion when I order a pizza on my way home. The last time I was waiting on my order that I could see but instead of retrieving my pizza she employee decided that it wanted to finish texting their friend instead of finishing my order.
