Absolutely amazing cupcakes! They tasted like non-​vegan cupcakes! I really regretted not getting a full meal here after checking out the pictures! I suggest this to anyone interested in trying vegan food or anyone who is a full on vegan foodie! Also the owner, cassi, is very sweet and personable! Support local! Shop small!

We specifically stopped in Memphis just to get a taste of her cupcakes! We were pleasantly surprised by her extensive menu. Cassie was such a sweetheart and made us feel so welcome– this is must stop even if you aren’t Vegan (I’m not and I LOVED it)!!

You’ve gotta try the cookies and cream cupcake! You just have to! Cassi is so freaking sweet and funny! She creates this amazing atmosphere for all of her guests! The drive was kind of far for me but it was worth it!

Oh my gosh, y’all. This deliciousness is spectacular. Vegan, moist, perfect… the things that dreams are made of. I don’t even feel guilty eating them. They’re VEGAN… that means healthy and I can eat a million… right…right?
And if you haven’t met Cassi, the owner and chef, yet, you need to make a trip just to meet her, because she is a total doll and a half. Yeah, I don’t know what that means either other than a really big compliment. If you need cupcakes for a party, swing by here. If you need a fix for your sweet tooth, stop by here. If you need a little happy for your day, stop by here.

Amazing cupcakes, creative flavors. The frosting is perfection, and the cupcakes are always so moist. I only wish it was on my side of town (though my wallet and my waist would be in some trouble).

I’ve been excited to try Pink Diva for the cupcakes for a while. We are vegan and it’s a struggle sometimes to find good reasonably priced places that are vegan. I do love the vegan cupcakes at Muddy’s but they usually only have a couple of flavors on hand.
Pink Diva had five different flavors today so we got one of each. So far I have had the mimosa and cookie butter and my boyfriend had the cookies & cream. I’m impressed with the vegan selection and the yumminess of the cupcakes! They really are delicious and I prefer the frosting over Muddy’s.
I look forward to trying her other vegetable selections, they sound great!

Great cupcakes that also just happen to vegan! Bonus, the new space gives (Cassi the awesome owner) a chance to expand her menu from awesome cupcakes to lots of great began lunch options. I’m not even Vegan but I really enjoyed the nachos and everything else she offers at lunch. Healthy and good options!

Since her big move I love where she is even more! Now you can get her vegan cooking. Her menu has a great variety and her cupcakes are amazing as always.
It’s a small spot which makes it even cuter. I brought my kids for a Saturday breakfast and cartoons and they loved it. I have been a few times and once you walk in you can smell what she has cooked.
You can order ahead of time. Or go in and takeout or just sit at a table and relax.
I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for something different! Plus this is local and we always love to support local businesses.

I was so very excited to see there was a vegan bakery in Memphis. I am originally from there and I haven’t been back in some time. My boyfriend and I really loved everything we tried. The cupcakes were moist and fluffy, they also had the perfect amount of filling inside. I will absolutely come back again when I am in Memphis and I’ve spread the word to my friends so they can have a taste of these delightful treats. The owner was so friendly and I always love being able to meet the face of the company. I would recommend this is place for anyone vegan or not. You won’t be disappointed, the taste is amazing.

Thanks to Unilocal I had the chance to try Pink Diva Cupcakery today and now I am hooked. These mini cupcakes are so good, it’s hard not to all eat all of them yourself lol They are truly that delicious. I tried the vanilla blueberry mini cupcakes (think that’s the name of them) and they were so yummy, super moist and very flavorful. I haven’t been to the store front yet but I intend to after trying them today. I cannot wait to go and try the rest of their cupcakes!
