This place had the best crepes and awesome service! Unfortunately, they have closed down the Madison Ave. location. :(

Well, I went to eat here and it appears they have shut down. Giant frowny face.

My friend and I had been planning on visiting Monsieur Demarcus for several months and finally made it last weekend. It was delicious! I had the Lyon crêpe with banana and toasted coconut and my friend had the Chicken Cordon Bleu crêpe. The prices were reasonable, and though we were the only ones there at dinnertime on a Saturday, it was nice! The service was great and I cannot wait to go back!

A cozy intimate French café with some of the greatest French food outside of Paris. The Versailles crep was one of the best eats I have experienced in Memphis, and saying that in a food rich place such as Memphis is no overstatement. Excellent presentation of food paired with great service. Run by a warm and welcoming couple, you feel more like a guest than a dollar sign. You can see that this is a passion and art to create rather than a product to be sold.

Monsieur Demarcus is a dream-come-true for crêpe lovers with gluten intolerance. I discovered it on their sixth day in this location, and Mr. Demarcus made a gluten-free version of the C’est Magnifique savory crêpe. It was delicious — as good as any crêpe I’ve ever had — whether in France, in Québec or at home with my French friends, including back in the days when I could eat wheat. The menu is enticing and varied, Mr and Mrs Demarcus are attentive and kind to their customers, and the atmosphere is cozy. A great place to go for after-church brunch or when you want a pleasant, cheerful tête-à-tete with friends or with a date.
