Lived there for 1 ½ years. Originally it was a great place but went downhill fast! It was supposed to be luxury living based on the $ we were paying There are break ins, robberies etc. One person had a gun pulled on him over a heated discussion. I do not believe the previous 5 star ratings are legit. The only thing good about Miller Creek was Shelby and Chessie. If you are thinking of moving here I HIGHLY recomend to speak to a couple people who currently live there — you will hear the truth.

if you live in MEMPHIS this is the place to go! the only reason we are not there is we moved to Florida. other wise i would live out my days there. The staff, Eric Smith, Shana, Shelby, Andreah, Chessi, kenny, Chris, and more just the bomb we were there only a short time sarah beth and erin were there. but they too were… helpful understanding. Miller Creek staff are very considerate of the residents. they truly go above and beyond ones expectations. I live in a apartment community here in Florida now. however its nice here but NOTHING like i have experienced at Miller creek LOVEDTHECOMMUNITYEVENTS through that I had the opportunity to meet and mingle with wonderful people. Miller Creek u deserve more than 5 stars but thats all this will let me RATE i miss YOUMILLERCREEK

On one of my first trips to MEM, I remember seeing these nice ass buildings being constructed literally a block away from where we currently live. We figured with how nice the place was, we could only be able to drool as we drive by. As the time for the lease ran out, we started house and apt. hunting. Unfortunately, when it comes to renting places, the pictures will almost always fool you, and the other ones are freshly evicted with shit all over the place– no thank you. So why not spend the same amount for something brand new? After doing more research, drive bys, and shattered dreams of finding a place, we said«fuck it», and decided to go to the leasing office. We were greeted by Sarah Beth(I think she is the property manager), and she got us on our way. She gave us a tour of the leasing office(which also triples as a party area with huge kitchen, a 24 hour cyber café, and has a shuffleboard) — and then lead us out through the pool area, which is saltwater! There is also a bocce lawn, a grill area, a fire pit, and a fitness center/yoga studio. The building she showed us is right behind the main building, and consisted of 3 floors. She showed us the unit of the floorplan«The Collins», which is a symmetrical 2BR/2BA unit, with balcony, and all appliances. We thought we were too worthy to even enter. So after drooling, we decided to get the app and all ready. and we were on our way. Oh yea, they have a nightly trash valet too, so no need to haul your shit away! The application fee was $ 275(no corporate discounts though), but we had no issues with that. As I said earlier, we had been looking all over the city for places to live, and Miller Creek was the only one to even get back to us(which makes me wonder why people are even putting their shit out for lease) — and in a timely manner. The whole complex will be completed in about 2 months, I cannot wait to see the finished product. There is also a nature preserve as well. We will be moving in Labor Day Weekend, and we cannot wait! These are hands down some of the nicest apartments in the Memphis area, and I am glad to call it home! If you do ever decide to visit, the ladies in the office are Sarah Beth, Shelby, and Erin– they are all a pleasure to work with!
