I am from Southern California and had a small accident with my rental car while vacationing in Tennessee. I felt I needed a more expert opinion than my friends about the repairs needed for the car. I called Memphis Mobile Detail (Terry) and they agreed to come out and look at it. He was prompt, accurately assessed the damage, refused to take more than $ 10 for the visit, and referred me to firends who own a body shop. The body shop guys were very helpful, but I decided to go through insurance. I was so impressed with Terry’s courtesy, his empathy for my situation, and his follow through.
