McDonald’s

The ice cream machine is always broke and they never have the 2 chicken and biscuits for $ 3 so I say either hire people who want to work or shut down employees eating at the window omg having a conversation on the head set were we can here the conversation I will give u a one star because some employees are good

I know, reviewing a McDonald’s? Really? Five Stars? Really.
While I won’t extol the virtues of the perfectly crunchy fry, I will say this McDonald’s has the best service in Memphis. The people at the counter and working the drive-​through are always friendly, fast, and efficient. They say «thank you», apologize for the minimal wait, and wish you a good day. If you have ever walked into any fast food restaurant ever, you will know this is like spotting a rare bird in flight.
Unlike with other McDonald’s, I have never encountered any problem with the drive-​through prices being wrong, or them not having what I want to order. The other day, all I wanted was a chocolate-​dipped ice cream cone. I had to go to TWO different locations before I ended up at ol’ faithful. Their chocolate was warm enough to dip and they didn’t try to charge me $ 2.00 (yes, those were the problems at the other locations). I was a happy customer. And yes, I was desperate for that cone.
Things could change with management, a change in the temperature, or new menu item. But thus far, when I just really want a dipped cone, I have not been disappointed.
