We say in the drive through for over 15 minutes. Our order was actually. It taken till we approached the window. We ordered two mcflurries and a fruit and yogurt parfait. The employee put ice cream in our mcflurries and then just left the toppings sitting on top rather than blending them. My husband asked if their blender was broken and the response was«oh, you wanted it blended»… Isn’t that what we wanted! A mcflurry! Then he handed us a chocolate sundae rather than the parfait we ordered. The employee just didn’t seem to want to be at work. Not a good experience.

Despite the fact that most of the employees lack social skills, this location is the best. My food is always hot and I have only had them get my order wrong once out of the years that I’ve been going to them. There is always a long line and at one point they used to be very quick but now they are starting to get slow. Every since one of their managers left a few years ago, they have went down as far as customer service is concerned. One of my pet peeves is how they will sometimes hang out of the window looking at the cars… technically you’re supposed to be inside preparing and bagging food… not hanging outside of the windows looking to see how many cars are in line. If I could change one thing about this location, it would be to have ALL of their employees go through an exceptional customer service class. Other than that, their food is always hot and fresh.
