I’ve been to this Mattress Firm store twice in the past year. Once, I was shopping for something for my mom, who needed a low profile bed that was very firm. This time, I was shopping for myself. I wasn’t sure what I wanted in terms of firmness, but Ken helped me find something comfortable that I could afford. He didn’t blink when I told him my price range, and immediately took me to the bargain section, pulling down several mattresses one at a time for me to try.
Honestly, I walked in the store thinking I would do some more comparisons at other places and then come back if I wanted to buy. But Ken was so great, I went ahead and bought one on the spot. They have a generous 100-day return policy, with no restocking fee. He also discounted the delivery fee because I don’t have an old mattress to haul away.
I’m not usually generous with my 5-star reviews… but they really do want you to have a nice bed and they try to save you some money.
