Lovely Nails

I enjoy getting my nails done on my off day from doing hair, but what i don’t like is when I spend my money in a nail salon and the nail tech has an attitude with the clients.
I walks in, and ask for a full set of nails; nail tech just said… sit! So, I sat down and she start snatching my hands with a BAD ATTITUDE like i did something to her. I ignored her until she stuck me with that drill and my cuticles start to bleed. Then I spoke up and asked her to be careful on my nails… she looked at me and kept drilling.
Once my nails were done, no returning back to that mad house. What make it so bad she didn’t do my nails to my satisfaction, but charged me $ 30.00
I hated when these so called nail salons want to be high profile shops, but has no personality, customer service skills, workplace ethics, manager skills or diversity.
I believe in Quality verses Quanity! Stop taking people money and you not giving quality service.
