Don’t get a gel manicure here… maybe it was because it was rushed and I didn’t get a lot of uv light time but it chipped on day 2, and more on day 3. By day 4 it peeled off way too easily. My other gel manicures from elsewhere have lasted 2 weeks with 0 chips so I wasn’t too happy.

I have gone to this location several times and have been satisfied everytime. It’s not the fanciest place, but it has friendly staff that work hard to keep customers satisfied.

Upon entering it seemed nice. However, do not be fooled. This place can’t do basic gel manicures properly. I had to guide the manicurist and tell her what to do. The polish was streaked and the job was botched. It was so bad that the manager took over and he did a good job. However, less than 24 hours later the gel nail polish was completely removed from my thumb nail. I have been getting mani’s for some time but I have never experienced an entire nail coming off. I can’t believe I paid for this! I will not be going back ever again. Just awful. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Super happy with my first visit. Protocol is similar to other salons, but you’re sat at a station even if you aren’t being helped yet. I loved that because I could arrange my keys and debit card on the little table next to me. That made everything less awkward for no-​nail-​scuffing purposes, plus I am a pretty nervous person in a new setting (and that I was a walk in, which apparently is the norm there). I was buffed by one gentleman, and then helped later by another. There were also two women doing nails and pedicures.
I got a full set of acrylics and asked for them to be medium-​short/​round and one regular OPI polish color. I also got lots and lots of compliments and very kind (aka non-​intrusive) questions from the staff and my nail buddies next to me. All for what? $ 20 plus a heavy tip for 1. Not hurting me or seeming nonchalant about putting chemicals and other fun things on my skin (like some salons do) 2. Giving me exactly what I *needed* — I have tiny hands and was afraid I’d have talons with acrylics, but I feel like he took extra care in making the nails «fit» my hands and finger size without looking odd.
I feel like the whole staff is very genuine, and I am excited to go back. Considering getting my brows done too, since I already feel like I can trust them :)

Very happy about my first visit! I have a set of acrylic nails and I needed some refills. I stopped by this place (just walked in). The man who did my nails was great! I asked him to do whatever designs he thought would look great on my nails, and he did a fantastic job! Will definitely come back! :)

Great experience! They did an amazing job on my nails and the hand design was gorgeous. Just like New York and the price was nice.

This is probably the best salon in Memphis to get your acrylics done! Both Stephanie & Anna (the only 2 females who do acrylics, but I believe there is 1 male also) do a fabulous job! (These 2 girls also speak fluent English.) You cannot make appointments.
I would give the salon 5 stars but am taking away 1 because the pedicures suck! Every single time I got one (usually from the stocky male or older female) they cut or abraded my foot/​feet in some way. That’s probably why they charge $ 25 instead of the typical $ 30 in Memphis? I finally had to start coming here only for my acrylics & then going down the street to Spa Nail for my pedicure. :-/

I came here in need of a good pedicure and that is exactly what I got. They got to me almost right away and the lady who gave my pedicure took her time and did it right. She also offered me some type of sea salt rub for an extra $ 2 which I gladly accepted. They jokingly asked if I wanted to get my toenails painted black and made a few other jokes before I left. I was quite pleased w/​the experience and only paid about $ 30 for the pedicure. Good price, good people and good experience.
