Highpocket’s

Not that I am a frequent pool hall attender or anything, but this place is nice. The hourly rate is $ 4.00 for a big table and $ 3.00 for a small table, plus ladies are free with a date! My partner and I have recently been on a pool kick, and this is the best place we have found so far. Nobody bothers you, and the tables are spread out enough to where it is very comfortable. Now, I have really ever only been to two other «true» pool halls (People’s downtown and The Wreck [gross] in Southaven) but this place is better than them in every way. I haven’t tried the Side Pocket Café’s food yet, but it sure looks and smells great! Everybody that we have encountered that works there so far has been super nice. The only issue I have with this place is that there is little to no light is the ladies restroom, so bring your cell phone for light ladies, you are going to need it! Anyway… Highpocket’s is a fun & inexpensive way to spend a couple of hours!

Very nice 9-​foot pool tables that I would highly recommend. The entire building seems to house quite a variety of pool tables, depending upon your needs. No liquor offered, but you can bring your own for a bottle fee.
Menu is pretty decent. I look forward to returning.

Not the nicest place in the world, but if you like to play pool and dont mind cigarette smoke, you’ll be in heaven. I enjoyed it and I’m not even very good at pool.
