I know it was going to happen. Somebody, somewhere, was going to ask me the question: «what is the missing ingredient on the pork loin sandwich?» I just didn’t anticipate that the person asking would be the owner. One recent Wednesday I was craving a pork loin sandwich(as i always do) but i didn’t think I’d be able to sneak away from my desk. Luckily, the gods of finance were smiling on me and the usually loquacious lawyers were uncharacteristically abrupt. After a quick check of the hours on the website, I made the brief trip to the store. Unfortunately, what the website doesn’t tell you is that while the restaurant is technically open until 3, the hot bar closes at two and you can only order cold items and sandwiches(not hot sandwiches) after two. After a brief moment of seriously battling tears, I decided to leave so I could cry in my car in peace. Along the way, i was stopped by the owner who went to the back, grabbed all the materials, and graciously made me a pork loin fix. While he was making the sandwich he kept glancing at me suspiciously. eventually, he asked me if i Unilocaled. I stand behind all my reviews, and i can’t really pretend to NOT be a giant black dude, so I said i did. He was curious about what flavor he thought I was lacking on the sandwich, and I had to tell him I didn’t exactly know. I used some chipotle hot sauce on it once, and that was amazing, so I suggested some. But honestly, I think i prefer to eat the sandwich the way it is prepared. I was wrong about that sandwich and the owner was right for asking for constructive criticism. Plus, he went above the and beyond by making a sandwich after the hot line was closed. I’ll be back next Wednesday.

Food is good, especially if you want something quick. But be prepared for some sodium… Everything runs pretty salty. Also, Foozi is pretty expensive for a work lunch bar. A sandwich and side of chips will usually run you upwards of $ 9. I can eat at Lenny’s or most sit down restaurants at lunch for $ 9.

I have eaten many a breakfast and lunch from this place. Breakfast is good and the lunch specials are too. Good selection of tasty sandwiches and pizzas. Price is good. The ordering is sorta crazy, but you figure it out after a while. John can be funny or moody, but his food is consistent. A lot of people from Clark Tower eat there, but I doubt many of us will do so once we get to our new office a mile and a half away.

This place is great. I just started interning at an office in Clark Tower and I tried the place out one day. I stuck to one thing, the meatball and mozzarella sub, because it was fantastic. I finally ventured out on my third time there today and got the Barry White Pizza, and man, it was incredible. Great service, fast, and very convenient if you work in Clark Tower!

I hate to say it but i had the worst thing Ive ever had from foozi the other day… and it was still really good. I’m the type of person that finds a good menu item at a resturaunt and sticks with it. For some reason I do not do that here. I have never ordred the same thing twice and I have never been disappointed. Even the pizza I had that was not as good as it sounded was REALLY good. Plus the girls working are a lot of fun! Great lunch spot!

Love the food here. Perfect if you work at Clark tower or in the area. My favorite day is wednesday when they serve the pork loin sandwich with the yummiest herb mayo. Something for everyone. There is however I really long line during lunch peak time.

Let me tell you how good their panini vegeteriano is. When I found out my husband ate the half I had leftover, I got so mad I had to A) punch the couch cushions repeatedly and B) go find a pillow and scream into it. I am still hoarse. I wish I was making this up. My dogs were VERY alarmed and that made me laugh, a lot. So I got over it pretty quickly, but I mean, I was MAD. Also, I just ordered one yesterday, and I’ve already decided I’m getting a to-go order today and ordering the same thing. Also, not sure if I’ll ever order anything else. Everything else is good(especially the Italian panini, but alas, the saturated fat), but any sandwich that’s good enough to make me briefly consider keying my husband’s car obviously has me hooked. Also, vegetables! They are good for you! And I don’t eat nearly enough of them. It has spinach, artichokes, red peppers, and hummus, and provolone. And it comes with sun-dried tomatoes, but I leave those off.

Friendly staff and awesome food. The staff behind the counter has a great personality. Always good for a chat while your waiting for your food to be ready. I have not tried anything here that I didn’t like. I especially love their Traditional Club sandwich. They are always busy during lunch, but it’s not so bad that you can’t get your food and go. Even when packed I can usually get in and out with my food in 5 – 10 minutes. They are not as busy during breakfast, but the food is still fantastic. There’s nothing like ordering a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, and watching them actually scramble your eggs right then and there. no precooked eggs sitting around like your typical fast food joint.
