Nancy and her team delivered efficient service at a reasonable price. I purchased a rehab property with a damaged roof, and that room needed wet carpet and furnishings removed. Extended Arms wasn’t the cheapest option, but it was the one I trusted to resolve the problem quickly, reliably, and safely. For a straightforward trash out there are cheaper options, but I’ll give Extended Arms a call when I’ve got another messy project. Not only is the work high quality, but the customer service is responsive and professional. I couldn’t figure out how to undo the jam switch on a security door EA left open; Nancy returned to the property within hours, fixed the door, and texted a picture for my review. (Note that this review is for a commercial project.)
