LOVE them! They do fantastic mani/pedis. The establishment is always clean. There may be a wait but there Always is for quality service at a good nail salon. They have a wide variety of gel polishes(which is what I always get) to choose from. They are all very sweet people and I have Always had a positive experience. They offer wine, mimosas, and other beverages. If you’re in the area it’s a great place for a mani pedi.

I enjoyed my visit here. I will definitely revisit this nail spa. The staff was very nice, courteous and professional. Their prices are reasonable with a complimentary relaxing beverage.

This place is awful. I have tried to have my nails done here a few times and only once was successful. When I say successful I mean I actually had them done and even then was not to happy with the results. Even with an appointment I waited for 45 minutes before I left. The people are rude and clearly don’t have a clue about customer service. All that being said, the Collierville location is about a million times better. They are professional and clean. They don’t overbook and treat their customers correctly. It’s a little expensive, but definitely worth the extra money. The owner at the Collierville location doesn’t seem to want to associate with the east Memphis location. I wonder why.

I love, love, love my nail salon! My girls are awesome and do an amaZing job! I always use Annie or Holly, but I’ve used John and several others before and they’re all great!

I have been here 3 times now, and every time I could’ve done a better job on my own. The nail Polish is old so it takes at least an hour to dry if you want to put shoes on. The people are rude and always, always I never receive a full scrub of my feet. I should take a picture of what they look like now. They are well kept up feet and look essentially no different than they did before I had a pedicure. Waste of money!!!

I love this nail salon. The décor is nice, the spa pedicure chairs include massage settings and the hot towels they apply to your legs and feet feel great. They offer complimentary beverages; a nice touch. The staff is professional and most importantly, they do a great job. My nails always looks great.

Very clean and great service! Non stop diet cokes during my pedicure which I love. I will say this location is very busy but understandably so – they are the best! I have not visited the Collierville location but I have heard good things about the Collierville location as well. Finding colors was difficult because they are so busy so come early to find a color you will like.

This nail spa is clean, attractive, not cheesy(no bad fuzzy photos of blingy nails or dewy roses), and the staff is polite. They offer all levels of manicures and pedicures, including aromatherapy scrubs and gel or shellac nails. Beverage service is included with your spa service– they make the best mimosa in town! A manicure and pedicure will take about an hour and fifteen minutes, start to finish, and cost $ 45.00. The Collierville location also offers great service, but is a bit smaller, and has a very strong-smelling Lilly air freshener plugged in in the lobby. So strong we almost had to leave, because my friend was getting a migraine.

A stranger to town, my wife just needed a plain French manicure. She called to make an appointment. Here is what she wrote: Although well-regarded on Unilocal,I was not really comfortable there. I waited a few minutes before being acknowledged. When the young man assigned to me arrived with the tools in a «sterilized» bag, he sat down without even a hello. He opened the bag. I picked up one or two of the tools and showed him where they were still dirty. He got up and went to the back. Next, a young lady arrived. She had a new bag of tools, but did not know what service I wanted and was no friendlier. I still felt that the tools were not as clean as I liked and asked that they be sprayed with alcohol. Later I observed that the attendant at another station went to two or three stations, pulled tools out of the drawers, dropped them into a «sterilized» bag and then sealed it. SOMUCH for cleanliness!!! If I had not been in the middle of the manicure, I would have gotten up to leave. I went home and doused myself with alcohol to prevent infections! I do not recommend this salon. Be very careful about cleanliness.

The pedicure was good. The staff was busy and friendly to returning customers. It was not worth $ 30. The previous 2 were $ 25.

My review is for the Collierville location. There pedicures are the best in Memphis! And I’ve been to many places! Get the upgrade pedi. Get pampered for a relaxing 1 – 1 ½ hrs but make sure to make an appt. the upgrade pedi is Well worth it including hot stones, aromatherapy and killer massages! The staff and management are great and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Make sure you buy a bottle of the hard to find OPI lotion up front… they all smell Devine! Poplar location I’m not a huge fan of… it’s usually crazy busy and they aren’t as good. Atmosphere is nothing great and it’s just bleh. They also don’t take as much time on you. They also don’t offer the upgrade pedis at the east Memphis location. Staff is kinda weird and half the chairs are not working properly. Make the drive to Collierville.

This is my favorite nail spot. The people here always remember me and make a point of remembering my children’s names. I love getting the shellac and was thrilled when they started carrying OPI’s shellac line. My only negative about the place is that they are sometimes so busy that I have to wait a long time for my turn. However, the complementary glass of wine makes it all okay.

I love going here to get my nails done… very professional atmosphere. Mya, is the owner of this nail salon on poplar, the people she hired to work with her are very kind and does excellent work on your nails and feet not to mention shellac on the nails great! Elite is a relaxing place to be while getting a manicure, pedicure or gel nails. They offer coke, wine, water and juice to all the clients. However, the price is a little expensive compared to other nails salon but, they do great work my nails stay on three weeks with the color looking vibrant as if i just got them done. So, its worthy! If you decide to visit ask for Mya or her husband James. Very nice people:-) I really enjoy myself when getting my nails done they make you feel so comfortable. Try it!!!

I love going here because all they do are nails. And they are really good at them. They are quick, clean and professional. Their pedicures are amazing and the shellac manicures are a MUST! I won’t go anywhere else.

I’m giving this place two stars because: 1) I asked for shellac and they didn’t ask if I wanted color only which every other spa I have been to did so I paid 30 $ for a manicure that was terrible. 2) Since I was being charged for a manicure I expected one and it was the worst hand massage ever she literally spent 10 seconds and just slightly touched my hands, it was that gross soft touch that creeps you out. 3) I had red on my nails and she didn’t remove all of it from under my nails so my nails look dirty. 4) after I found out she was charging me 30 not 18, I told my friend who was there as well and she said when she requested just nail color change the lady became really mean, and she did get her toes changed too and they charged her 14 $ for a color change, which is insane! The good: they play classical music, give u free mimosa, and I had a brand new package opened for my nail equipments(not sure f they do that every time though). Oh and the shellac does look good but it always looks good no matter where I go.

I love coming here whenever I’m in town! Please be advised, I don’t live in this area, not even this state, I live in California and come once a year to visit family but making at least one stop to this place is a must. They are always busy which shows good business, which shows that they do an awesome job and they do! I highly recommend coming here for your pampering needs.

I returned to this salon based on a previous experience I had once had. Unfortunately I raved so much I decided to invite my very-much-pregnant sister-in-law, mother, and 2 yr old niece for a mani/pedi spa day. It was awful. We waited for an hour and a half before anyone came to look at the sign-in sheet. Then the nail technician proceeded to tell me it would me another half hour for me because I wrote down the that I wanted a manicure– definitely wrote down«pedicure.» Normally I would have left but it was supposed to be a special day. I finally was seated in the pedicure spa chair. Select the deluxe pedicure. Was not offered a complimentary beverage like the rest of the customers. Then my sister-in-law, mother, and niece made it back to the spa chairs! That’s when the experience got worse. The lady that was my mother’s nail technician was so incredibly rude about my niece being with us she was asking my mom questions«Why she here? Where her father? Why you bring her here?» My mom was kind explaining the father was out of town and didn’t react. My niece was playing with a stool no one was using, and she walked over there and grabbed her arm so hard. I was so angry I had to leave with my baby niece immediately. Unfortunately my mom did still pay and did not compplain. That employee’s behavior ruined my experience and future bookings there as I am a maid of honor in charge of an upcoming spa appt. Will definitely NOT be visiting Elite.

This is my favorite spot for a pedicure. With pricing about the same as smaller, less elegant nail salons, it feels like a bargain. Especially when you take into account the complimentary drinks served. Wine, margaritas and mimosas are de rigueur, but soft drinks and water are also available. A separate room for pedicures in the back has an elegant spa-like feel, and the massaging recliners and soft lighting and music are relaxing. Just hope you don’t get a loud-talker with a cell phone next to you. It’s much more polite to keep it to texting. As far as the actual services, it’s somewhat inconsistent. My general observation has been that the younger manicurists aren’t as good the more experienced ones. Specifically, the foot and hand massages aren’t as good and they don’t do as good a job on polishing. One of them even argued with me when I wanted to put on my sandals before the she polished my toenails(which is what they normally do) instead of wearing the flimsy foam things. By and large, though, the service is excellent and attentive, and I feel thoroughly pampered while I’m there. In addition to the standard mani’s and pedi’s, there are special ones for higher prices. For example, the Garden Rose Pedicure, which includes a nicely scented foot bath and salt scrub. Appointments are accepted but walk-ins are fine and there’s usually not a wait unless you go after 3:00 or so — the after school/work crowd fill it up.
