The Dr is great, but the office staff sucks, and guess who you have to deal with the most. If you could just deal with her, I would recommend the Dr in a heartbeat, and I would almost bet that it wasn’t the Dr that said that we don’t take Those people. It was probably one of the staff members, they are very rude, and forget who actually pay their salary. I was at another Dr and put up with this for several years and decided taht I would not do it again, so after three appointments, I moved. The Dr’s need to find better help, or they will keep running off the patients.

I recently called to schedule an appointment for a client at her endocrinology clinic. I was informed by her receptionist«we don’t see THOSEPEOPLE anymore». When I asked what people she was speaking of, she stated«in the nursing home». I told her my client lives in a group home. I was then put on hold. When she returned, I was told it is the request of the physician and she no longer sees patients from nursing homes or group homes. It’s not that they didn’t have an available appointment, or she didn’t accept the insurance, SHEJUSTDOESN’T WANTTOSEE«THOSEPEOPLE». That is discrimination. I sure hope NOONE continues to see her!
