Due to the outrageous lines this place usually has, I don’t go much. I picked up breakfast for myself and a friend this morning. The line was literally around the building so I decided to go inside.
I was pleasantly surprised that once I placed my order the wait was barely 5 minutes!
Our food was hot and they even got the order right. The iced vanilla coffee was pretty good considering it wasn’t my favorite Starbucks lol
Can’t say that I’ll be a regular, but my experience today was amazing! Kudos to management

Now this is the second time I have eaten at a Chick-fil-A.
Yes you must be thinking what in the world. Does this girl live under a rock LOL
Well no actually I lived in NYC and Chick-fil-A was not around me.
With regards to this location, let me just say that it was very clean. As I entered Chick-fil-A, I was immediately greeted by staff, which to me is always a nice thing. Secondly, my order was taken promptly and I received my food quickly. Plus the staff that work at this location are so friendly and polite. They even called me Miss Kristina when my order was ready lol I
Overall, I left with a smile on my face and my food tasted great. Hot, fresh and delicious, definitely happiness in a bag!

Late Review
I love my Chick-Fil-A. I’m only doing this review because thankfully I happened to be living in Memphis when the chicken and waffle was introduced. Thankfully only because it wasn’t and still isn’t offered everywhere. The chicken was the traditional fried chicken used on the breakfast sandwiches. The waffle is sweet and the syrup is inside so it’s just sticky ooey-gooey goodness. It won’t replace a finer dining experience of chicken and waffles but it’s a quick on the go breakfast for the die hard fan of the combo.

Chic Fil A is king of fast, good, and cheap. The food is very good for what it is. They have recently stepped up their game and are now offering grilled chicken in many different varieties of sandwich and salad options. I appreciate their efforts to make fast food a little bit better for you and your family. Maybe I’m totally disillusioned but at I can feel better eating a grilled chicken, egg white, on a muffin instead of a fried chicken biscuit or who knows what else from their fast food competition. Yay! Chic Fil A!

They get 5 stars for SERVICE. The food is Chick-fil-A and that’s a good product; but the service here is outstanding — polite, prompt, appreciative. New clean facility, they bring your food to you, take away your trays, ask you for a drink refill, and have wifi. A great lunch spot.

They don’t really listen to what you order.
I ordered grilled chicken nuggets and got fried nuggets. Second time this has happened. I waited over ten minutes for the correct item to come out and they weren’t even very busy.
They’ve been out of peach for the past two weeks. She said they are «out of peach for the night, but I’ve been here three times in two weeks and they haven’t had peach each time.»

I am a huge chick FilA fan! This is my favorite location. The service is always great. Someone will probably stop by your table about 5 times to see if you need anything. I am not sure of the manager’s name but I have talked to him before and he is very helpful and friendly. If they get busy at the registers he always shows up to help everyone out!
