Sound medical advice, disappointing level of service.
So for me, bedside manner is extremely important with any healthcare professional I patronize. This office lacks that, unless they know you from way back (judging from the conversations I heard while waiting in the lobby for an hour even though I had an appointment). While the prescribed course of treatment has done wonders for my skin, I wasn’t made to feel like they care if I’m a patient or that my time is valued… so I’ll likely look for another dermatologist for future issues unless I am pressed for time.
I do like that I was given samples of the prescribed medications to see if they worked well for me before filling prescriptions. But when I had questions about substituting one of my prescriptions, it took 3 calls and 2 weeks to get an answer.
They left a lot to be desired.
