I tend to like this location, as it’s closer to home, and I can sneak in there to pick up some reasonably-​priced accessories to spruce up an outfit without needing to buy a new outfit. It’s all about accessorizing for cheap me.
CATO is a lot like a Dress Barn. Womens’ clothing, jackets, accessories — all for reasonable prices. Not the best quality on the block, but nice enough for several wears during the season.
I usually find myself liking their scarves, too.
