Blair Tower Apartments

I’ve absolutely enjoyed my time here at Blair Tower to be honest. I’ve lived here since July 2012 and in total I’ve stayed here 3 years. I lived here previously from 2009 – 2010. It was my first apartment after graduating college and I moved thinking I could find the same amenities for less but less is not always best.
The only reason I’m not giving Blair a five star rating is because of the crappy parking. I can’t be entirely too hard or judgmental about it because this is the medical center/​downtown area and I’ve lived in Memphis my entire life and I’ve always known that apartments and businesses further West of the city does not have the best parking. That’s a well known fact. With that being said there is a garage and an option to purchase your own little space on a monthly basis. For me it was the best route to go.
I’d have to say that the staff are super friendly (Christi and Jacqui are great) and has always been that way. Even though the staff has changed since my first stay, the friendly open atmosphere didn’t change at all. Whatever I need they are always there and willing to listen and help me out. I’m actually pretty sad to go to be honest. If I weren’t moving out of state I’d still be calling this place my home for years to come.
