I had the ribs with fries. The ribs were smoked perfectly. They were tender and had a wonderful flavor and nice smoke ring.
I will catch them again and order more ribs. Delicious

I’m very impressed with the BBQ here. I ordered the rib tips and they were smoked just right, seasoned perfectly, sweet & spicy sauce and wasn’t over priced. Only down side is, when I received my food, I did not receive a bag/​sack to carry the food in. I just held a greasy container with my food inside. Besides that, everything was good, the service & food. I will be coming back

This is a pop up location on Whitten near I40 and I think it goes by the name of 2 Guns. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and the food is great. They have smoked turkey on Fridays – there was enough turkey on the sandwich for 2 more sandwiches… Ridiculous! The sauce is sweet but spicy enough to hold up to any of the smoked meats. When the weather gets warmer, I believe this place will be very busy. A bit pricey, but worth a try.

The winner of an informal family BBQ taste-​off that included other local favorites, Big Guns really hit the mark. The mother-​and-​son team uses a modest sauce, allowing the meat to speak for itself. For the ribs and pork sandwich, there’s slightly more smokiness to the flavor than found elsewhere, which is what everybody liked best. All BBQ is good, this place is just really, really good.
