Sadly, we had a terrible experience at this location. Online and on the front door the sign says that the store closes at 10:30pm on Friday and Saturday nights. A group of friends and I chose to meet up for dessert after watching the Grizz game only to be told after we ordered at 9:55 that the«lobby would be closing in 5 minutes» and the front door was then locked and the open sign turned off. The associate then stated that the lobby closes at 10 and the drive-thru closes at 10:30. A few minutes later my 30 year old friends and I were asked to leave, though we were obviously not finished with our ice cream and the store was technically not closed. We stepped outside to finish our ice cream in the freezing cold. It was extremely rude, unprofessional and terrible customer service.

I always have a great experience here the customer service is excellent and the brownie fudge sundae is to die for. I love it because it’s not far from my house and my children love it as well…

This Baskin-Robbins is part of a shopping center. There is plenty of nearby parking, and the place has always been clean and well-kept when I’ve been there.

Really expensive for an ice cream shop… and it is a chain… but it has a driv-thru! Sooo ummm yeah… that about sums it up…

I have so many fond memories of coming to this place late at night with my friends when I lived at the dorms at University of Memphis a few years ago. We always had great service and a great time. I really am fond of this particular location because of this! But they also have a drive through and ample seating area inside, both of which I’ve made great use of.

I like ice cream, but I can’t handle this particular store. The person on the loud speaker in the drive-thru can never understand what I say, and after repeating my order several times, I usually give up and drive to the pick-up window to place my order. The servers are consistently surly and make me ask for a napkin and spoon. One would think that would be standard fare for cups of ice cream in a drive-thru. This is not a one-time experience.
