Avip Car & Taxi Service

I use AVIP whenever I am in town and highly recommend it. The drivers are awesome, the cars are clean and I never have to worry about getting where I need to be on time. Plus, the cost is comparable to a taxi.

Wow! Tim’s review below was horrifying… But perhaps more troubling is that he entirely blames the taxi company for losing $ 1500… With the proper attitude, I’ve gotten such fees virtually waved, and I’m positive the taxi company would be more apologetic if approached non-​aggressively.
Anyways, on the contrary, I’ve had a few Memphis cab companies not show up and even though I read Tim’s review, none of the Unilocal-​reviewed companies looked any good (check out the reviews for Lyft! HILARIOUS: Lyft is amazingly awesome!!! Period.)…
*** A-​VIP was chosen because their website looked professional, and I was in the mood to be VIP for a change. I called last night to arrange a 5:30AM trip to the airport. They said they’d be there, and at 5:30 I called just to be safe and the guy said «I’ve been out here for 15 mins, Sir» :)
Silly me… They rock. Everything then after continued to be spot on.
The service was reasonable for the black luxury cab: $ 35 fixed rate to the airport… (They may offer standard cab service but I’m not positive on that one).
Jilly was my driver. He’s a hard-​working and really good-​natured guy.
If you’ve got somewhere you gotta be, and don’t got time for shenanigans, I’d go with Mr, Jilly and his associates at A-​VIP!
