I used Snyder Services for a plumbing clog at a property in Southaven in December 2013. At the end of the service I was given a total of $ 120 for the repair and provided a credit card to bill against. Two days later my card was charged for $ 180. After several largely unproductive conversations with the office staff I received a letter stating that the extra amount «may» have been for travel time. Travel time was not mentioned in any of my discussion up to, and including the verbal total at the end of service. Total time at site was less than 45 minutes.
I would not recommend this vendor — I feel that the additional charge was added the day following service.
