Disgusting! Never going to that place again! The girl that was taking order looked like she was about to hurt me. She looked annoyed. Salad that i order was not fresh at all. Tacos I ordered were just filled with f***ing mayo, felt like i was just eating a spoon full of mayo. The taco itself was just mushy. I am disgusted with this location. They need better service and better cooks in kitchen. I DONOTRECOMMENDTHISPLACE.

I Had a bad experience with a cashier there. A young girl was very distracted from her duties. I had to repeat a simple order three or four times, and I think they still got it wrong. I went back up to the counter to order more food, and the same girl was staring at her cell phone. I patiently waited until she finally realized I was there. For this reason alone, I’m rating the service 2 stars or less, and I hesitate to go back there even though my girl friend loves the taco supremes.

OK, my favorite TB remains my former go-to Taco Bell in Buffalo Grove… but this one does pretty well too. Haven’t done the beef burrito thing here yet(that’ll be the«real test» to see if they get my order right and charge it appropriately). But… their AM Crunchwraps are just as good and the customer service gets a thumbs up here as well. Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with this TB and am happy to have one nearby that I can count on for good service and reliable TB style food.

Service is the best out of any taco bell I’ve visited before and it’s consistently the best.

After a days work, fighting traffic to get home, then working for another three hours; I was a tad famished. The son wanted Portillio’s. I didn’t; but went anyway,(I’ve mentioned that he’s spoiled). I got something for the boy and hubby and decided that I wanted hard shell tacos. So, I drove over to Chipotle’s. The line was to the door. I got right back in my car and decided — it’s late, I don’t need to eat… But, I’m a tad hungry and feel cheated. I worked hard all day and into the night… How about Taco Bell? I haven’t had them in years, at least since I became a vegetarian, then a recovering vegetarian,(I eat poultry and fish now, but no beef or pork). Do they even have chicken tacos? To the drive thru I went. No one was there. This is not a good sign. The son asked, «Are they even open?» Yep. ‘Do you have chicken tacos?’ I asked as I quickly peruse the menu, since the staff person on the other end of the microphone wanted a response. She said they did, but they were soft tacos. «But I want hard». No problem — have it your way and the sign says, «why pay more?» I assume they meant why pay $ 6.65 to their competitors down the street? I agree, but after consuming their tacos, I know why now. The competitor’s tacos are made with chicken that I can watch them shred into a pieces. The Taco Bells chicken tasted processed and really not at all like chicken. The shell was crunchy and the cheese, … well it too had a taste and odd texture — like, this is not real. While the folks are pleasant at both places and the food comes quickly, I figured that the sacrifice is in the actual eats. I can’t really speak about the inside. I’m sure the Taco Bell manager keeps it clean, however their food truly is lacking — not satisfying — Like eating flavored plastic.

What can I say? It’s Taco Bell. Taste wise it’s not earth shattering but who can expect it to be. Price wise it’s cheaper then sit down and quicker too, esp late on a Sunday night. So why the four stars? Well for one, the immaculate look of the place. I mean this restaurant is sparkling! Love the décor and comfy seats too! Customer service greeted a great nod and a star. We were greeted warmly by the cashier who even suggested dessert to us. Finally, it’s been almost two hours so whoever was in that kitchen knows what they are doing because I haven’t had to run too the bathroom yet!

i wasn’t planning on reviewing thus place, but my last visit went very well! lol this is the taco bell branch of the year! it is Clean. the wait staff/management team is great! i’m pretty sure most people are familiar with T-Bell, so i wont go into detail about how good the Cheezy Gordita Crunch is, or how good of a value the Roll-ups or potato soft taco are. Trust me, this is the best taco bell on the suburbs,.

Wow. If there is such a thing as a five-star Taco Bell, this is it, as it is one of the cleanest and most modern Taco Bells around. They also have courteous employees who take a little pride in their work by NOT haphazardly throwing all of your taco ingredients together like many of the other T-Bell restaurants. However, since I can’t in good conscience give 5-stars to any multinational chain franchise restaurant, 4-stars it is. Keep up the good work. They even have free wi-fi.

I’ve been here once but I had a great experience. I asked for cheese quesadillas with no sauce. Instead, they gave me chicken quesadillas with no sauce. When I pointed that out, they were very apologetic, fixed by order and even gave me back the difference in price without my asking for it. And the food was fine.

i’ve never reviewed a taco bell before(it’s admitting that i have an addiction to fried pastries stuffed with slop), but maybe i should make it a personal mission to rate each taco bell i have ever had the(dis)pleasure of eating at. here’s my review(get ready). drum roll. heavy breathing. i think there was a piece of burnt stucco in my chalupa that not even my master-of-trickery fire/mild/hot sauce combination could disguise. i was too disgusted with my own mouth(stockholm syndrome?) to complain, but it’s important that i get my trauma off my chest, y’know?

Ok so we went here today, the chicken chulpa would have been good if the meat wasn’t brown yuck I hate brown chicken I should say dark. I asked for taco supreme I gotta plan taco yuck. I was like WTF. The worker though I give her credit she was cleaning this place so this place was clean and saw she put taco supreme on the receipt the taco builders didn’t know how to read opps. Itd be better if the chicken was white and knew how to read an order.
