Republic Services is a front-​runner for the all-​time worst customer service award. When I first contracted with them, they told me they couldn’t deliver cans for at least 3 weeks. But, they started billing me from the order date rather than the date I started getting garbage pickup.
And they also billed me for a larger can than I had ordered. This took 8 or 9 calls to straighten out. Talking to a supervisor at Republic Waste is like talking to a rock; they are indifferent to your concerns.
I called them before moving to discontinue service and they came out and picked up the cans. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that they are still billing me even though I discontinued service. First attempt at calling about this had me hanging up after being on hold for 18 minutes waiting for their customer service gurus to answer the phone. Absolutely ridiculously poor service.

don’t use these guys they are terrible and they are always raising their rates on you. bad service, bad drivers, and rude people on phone
